Law 110 - Iloilo/Eve - Criminal Law 2 AY 2021-2022 (Te)
This is not a course on HTGAWM. It will involve a discussion of elements of felonies under Book 2 of the Revised Penal Code and crimes under special penal laws. The course will require a clear grasp of the general principles of criminal law covered by Book 1 of the Revised Penal Code (passing grade in criminal law 1 is a prerequisite and, regardless of the grade, an understanding of the general principles of criminal law will be conclusively presumed).
