Law on Property (Lumba)
This course integrates property law with succession and remedial law, philosophy, history and economics. Hopefully, in addition to a comprehensive knowledge of the technicalities of property law, the student will gain a deeper understanding of the causes of systemic poverty, a desire to help alleviate it, and the know-how to achieve this through insight into the interrelationship between philosophy, law, history and economics.
